For pets staying in Taylor’s home, care takes place in a non-smoking household with no children present. Taylor has three dogs of her own, and pets may be allowed on the bed or furniture based on the care plan. Potty breaks can be provided every 0–2 hours as needed.

TailoredTails keeps booking clear from the start. A complimentary meet-and-greet is required for all new clients before services begin. This gives Taylor time to meet you and your pet, review routines, discuss special needs, and ensure the service is a good fit. Bookings are accepted based on availability. Early scheduling is recommended for holidays, weekends, and busy travel seasons. Holiday bookings may require advance notice, and holiday rates or deposits may apply. Payment is due before or at the start of service unless another arrangement has been approved. Please cancel as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Pet owners should provide accurate care instructions before service begins. This includes feeding schedules, medication details, allergies, behavior notes, emergency contacts, vet information, and home access instructions. Pets should also be up to date on vet-recommended vaccinations. For safety, females in heat cannot be accepted for services in Taylor’s home.
